how much is delivery?
This depends on many factors including the amount of kit, the location for delivery and timings.
when should i book?
Book as early as possible to avoid dissapointment, even if all the details aren't finalised for your event yet, let us know so we can pencil someone in!
how can i pay?
You can pay by BACS or Debit/Credit Card and American Express
what are the payment terms?
Cash Customer - 48h or more prior to the start of the event.

do your prices include vat?
As a general rule, all prices online and communicated will be ex VAT. VAT is charged at 20%.
are you insured / supply rams with all orders?
We hold £10,000,000 in Public Liablity and Employers Liability Insurance.
Where required, we will supply Insurance Documents/RAMS to venues or customers free of charge. If a specific assesment is required, this will be charged.

are your engineers dbs checked?
All of our full time staff are enhanced DBS checked on the update service. If this is a requirement of your event please let us know!
